About Me

I have 17 years’ experience leading development of effective strategies that deliver rapid, sustainable and profitable growth for ecommerce and omni-channel B2B and B2C retailers across multiple industries.

As a subject matter expert, I help clients to excel in all areas of ecommerce from customer acquisition, user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer retention, fulfilment and logistics to analytics & reporting, customer service and systems integration.

Capitalising on a specialist skillset and 9 years’ hands-on experience as an owner/operator of an award-winning business, I support clients to efficiently and sustainably optimise their online propositions to scale-up revenues and profits including via internationalisation, whilst cutting through the complexity surrounding ecommerce businesses.

Actively contributing to the wider ecommerce industry, I have been invited as a public speaker at numerous ecommerce events, primarily focusing on opportunities to internationalise online businesses.

When not being a growth geek, I’m hopefully in the mountains!
